Meet Our Realtor® Jill Betcher

Cookeville is home—I was raised here from a young age and have had the privilege of watching our community grow and evolve over the years. After graduating from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in Marketing, I found myself at a crossroads familiar to many graduates. Growing up as the daughter of a contractor and a real estate broker, I had a front-row seat to home construction, sales, and neighborhood development. That early exposure sparked my passion for real estate and set the course for my career.

I began my real estate journey in April of 2002, spending many years as an Affiliate Broker with a respected local firm in Cookeville. That experience provided a strong foundation and ultimately helped shape the vision for what would become Real Estate Professionals of Tennessee (REPTN). Today, I proudly serve as a REALTOR®, Broker, Owner of REPTN, and Executive Director, while also leading our Marketing and Promotions efforts.

I enjoy working with people and find real fulfillment in helping clients move confidently through important life transitions—whether buying a first home, selling a longtime property, or pursuing commercial real estate or acreage. I have been truly blessed to have worked alongside my mother, Brenda Gaw, for many years, and together with our dedicated team, we continue to serve Cookeville and the surrounding Upper Cumberland area with integrity and care.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my husband Michael and am a proud mother to Hayden and Kate. I love spending time with my dog, Harley, exploring nearby communities like Muddy Pond and Lake Tansi, and staying grounded through attending a local church. I genuinely love Cookeville and the lifestyle this area offers—and I’m passionate about helping others find their place here, too.
