Jake Cobb started in residential construction with his wife, Olivia. He is a licensed commercial/residential contractor and recently received his real estate licence. Together,the Cobbs look forward to combining their experience in residential/commercial construction and real estate to serve the Upper Cumberland’s real estate needs.

Olivia McCoy Cobb is a vibrant, motivated, and goal-oriented young lady that was raised in Crossville, Tn and then later moved to Cookeville in 2012 where she began her college career at Tennessee Tech University. She has since graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications in 2016. She is now a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and an active Real Estate Agent here at Real Estate Professionals of Tennessee, Inc., where she strives to help clients buy, and/or sell their homes. Her love of people makes it easy for her to go the extra mile to ensure her clients with a positive Real Estate experience. She is a knowledgeable agent and chooses to continue her education to not only better herself but to also stay up to date for her company and clients

Olivia and Jake met in college and married on September 16, 2018. She comes from a loving family that raised her with core values, such as; loyalty, compassion, accountability, and a heart for serving others. She carries these into her daily life and applies them to the relationships she creates with her clients at REP of TN.
