Jayce and Natalie Weatherspoon are a husband-and-wife real estate team who truly enjoy helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. With a combined 21 years of experience, they proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Tennessee’s Upper Cumberland region, offering local knowledge, dedication, and a personal touch in every transaction.

Jayce grew up on a farm in Gainesboro, Tennessee, where he learned the value of hard work and developed a deep love for the outdoors. After high school, he served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His passion for helping others—especially fellow veterans—led him to found Deep Country Veteran Outdoors in 2018, a community for disabled and retired veterans who share a love for the
outdoors. Jayce carries that same discipline, integrity, and commitment into real estate, guiding his clients toward their goals with confidence.

Natalie is a Cookeville native who knows the area inside and out. She began her real estate career behind the scenes as an Administrative Coordinator, gaining invaluable experience while assisting with more than 2,000 closings. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail quickly became her calling card. As a licensed Realtor, Natalie combines her real estate expertise with years of experience running a successful Nashville-based event planning business. After
returning to Cookeville in 2012, she watched the community grow while still holding onto its small-town charm. In Addition to being a Realtor, Natalie also serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Real Estate Professionals of TN and is a member of their Leadership Board.

Together, Jayce and Natalie make a great team. Jayce’s local knowledge and steady, disciplined approach pair perfectly with Natalie’s organization, communication, and client-first mindset. Their goal is simple: to make buying or selling a home feel smooth, informed, and rewarding from start to finish.

When they’re not working with clients, you’ll likely find them enjoying life on their
farm—fishing, trail riding, and spending time with family. They’re also active members of the Upper Cumberland NWTF Board, where Jayce serves as Vice President.
