Bill was raised in Algood, Tennessee and is a graduate of Cookeville Senior High. He was married just after
graduating high school and has been married to his lovely wife for 30 plus years. He felt a strong call to
serve the community he lived in and began a law enforcement career that would span over 30 years. He
is a graduate from Liberty University where he holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Master’s
degree in leadership and management. He loves his community and currently serves on the board of
several nonprofits helping people in crisis and getting others off the street. Since Bill has recently retired
from law enforcement, he still felt the desire to serve his community and decided to begin his career in
real estate where he could still help people just in a different capacity. If you are looking for your first
